Client Description: Leading telecom carrier and IT solutions company Job Description: Responsibilities
Perform network implementation, provisioning and commissioning Conduct configuration change, documentation and provide maintenance support for customer’s infrastructure and system Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ICT integrated solution including network infrastructure products, wireless network products, network security products, unified communication products and cloud applications Liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for project implementation and managed service Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities
Handle customer calls Investigate, troubleshoot, isolate and document problems Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on problem situations Initiate appropriate corrective actions using established procedures as emergency needs arise Perform other related duties as assigned Job Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supporting network infrastructure or in-house IT support, vendor support work, Network Operation Center (NOC) or related disciplines Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking products and solutions such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei Advantage to holder of professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good customer service and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English Technical Support Engineer Requirements:
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, Telecommunication, Engineering or related disciplines IT Helpdesk/Support experience on cloud service/product will be an advantage Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a mature responsible and self-motivating attitude Good customer service and able to work under pressure Fluent in Cantonese, English & Putonghua Ability to work independently and take self-initiatives Certified with M365 certification will be an advantage Microsoft Certified Security Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
