We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Digital and IT to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's goals. Responsibilities: Leading sizable IT teams, working closely with various business stakeholders from other departments to define, align, and deliver IT strategies, roadmaps, policies, budgets, and action plans for digital transformation projects. Research new technologies and utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple tech areas to provide technical oversight and solutions that improve operational efficiency. Ensuring the reliability and scalability of IT systems to support rapid product launches and market changes. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to optimize costs. Direct the planning and execution of digital projects, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to identify and address digital needs. Ensure robust data management and cybersecurity measures to protect consumer data and comply with industry regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline. 15 years of experience in the IT field with a well-rounded experience in digital solutions. At least 10 years of experience in IT management and digital transformation, preferably within the FMCG sector. Knowledge of change management and industry best practices/standards. Strong business sense and ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders at all levels, effectively translating technical ideas into simple language. Experience in planning and developing the annual budget, timeline, and manpower. Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
