Hong Kong . Responsibilities: Align all resources to achieve the best performance for the global FX and cross border payment business, drive & foster the team to achieve business goals, provide professional and constructive advice to the top management. Manage and oversee daily operations, including settlements, reconciliation, account opening, and customer service, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Roll the sleeves, and need hands-on experience in project management, and day-to-day operational activities across different departments. Strong knowledge and familiarity to FX and cross border payment operations or operational risk management. Oversee the daily operational practice is in compliant with the statutory requirements. Devise and draft operational policies, SOP, and other internal control manuals etc. Requirements: Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Over 8 years relevant working experiences in financial services industry e.g FX, or cross border payment sectors. Have proven track records in performing good leadership and management in financial services industry. Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment, well-organized and with strong interpersonal communication and people management skill. Excellent strategic mindset with strong business acumen and broad business perspective. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operations Manager.
