Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Times Publishing Hong Kong. Responsibilities Participate in various Business Units from liaison with customers, processing planning and execution to after sales service. Perform daily operations including order processing, handling customer enquiries, and compiling sales reports/analysis. Handle customer enquiries and ensure quality customer service to clients via phone call, email, and instant messaging professionally and promptly. Report customer feedback and suggest constructive ideas to senior management for service improvement. Work closely with internal departments and external parties to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain good service quality and business relationships with suppliers & customers. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate Degree/Degree holder or above. People-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 1-2 years working experience (Fresh graduates would also be considered). Good at multi-tasking, self-motivated, and well organized. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. Strong numerical analysis skills. Work well under pressure and able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Seniority Level
