Market Research : Conduct thorough research on trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis to inform design strategies. Collection Creation : Co-manage the design process for seasonal collections, from initial sketches to final production, ensuring alignment with market demands. Technical Design : Create detailed technical packs and specifications to communicate design intent to the production team. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product development, buying and sales & marketing teams to ensure feasibility and market readiness of designs. Presentation Skills : Present design ideas and collections to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the design narrative. Quality Control : Oversee the development of prototypes and samples, ensuring adherence to quality standards and design integrity. Requirements: Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or related discipline 5 years of fashion design or product development experience is preferred With a strong sense of fashion trends, new materials, fabric, and accessories Independent, good time management and planning & positive mindset Good presentation and communication skills Proactive and result driven Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Occasional business travel as required Seniority level:
