Engineer of Opto-electric Integrated Chip
Hong Kong SAR On-site Full Time 5 year or above Mid-Senior level Responsibilities
Implement silicon photonic integration (PD, modulator, optical waveguide, VOA, etc.) design and engineering process research, design and optimization of silicon photonic chips; Structural design and layout drawing of integrated optical chip; Integrated optical chip control algorithm design and circuit verification; Develop optical chip test plan, process and analyze test data; Assist in promoting project-related engineering tasks, such as chip reliability verification, yield improvement, etc. Minimum Requirements
Master degree or above, with good theoretical foundation in optics, electromagnetics and semiconductor science; Have an excellent theoretical foundation of signal processing and optical communication, be proficient in the principles, design, and process flow of III/V semiconductor DFB/EML and PD/APD chips, and have successful DFB/EML/PD/APD chip development experience; Familiar with the working principles of silicon photonic active/passive devices, commonly used optical/optoelectronic simulation software, able to simulate and analyze designs through simulation software, and familiar with various optical chip processes such as photolithography, etching, coating, and sputtering; Experience in silicon photonic chip tape-out and silicon photonic chip testing and analysis experience; Experience in photoelectric control algorithm design, simulation and verification.
