The role: As the C++ Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our development team, driving innovation and excellence in their software solutions. You will lead a team of talented C++ developers, shaping the architecture and design of high-performance trading systems in the dynamic realm of crypto trading. Lead a team of C++ developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines. Drive software development best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews and mentoring. Architect scalable and reliable systems to support high-frequency trading operations. Research and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies in the crypto trading space. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading platform. What you offer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in C++ development, preferably in the financial or trading industry. Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams. Expertise in designing and optimizing high-performance, low-latency systems. Proficiency in multi-threading, networking, and algorithm design. Experience with crypto trading platforms and protocols is a plus.
