Main Responsibilities:
Assist senior bankers in execution of bond offerings including rating exercises Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives and capital market activities Perform detailed transactional, financial and credit analysis and deal due diligence, conduct extensive industry / company research, and produce transaction and credit reports and memos for internal valuation process Keep abreast of market development and provide market updates to clients and internal stakeholders Coordinate execution efforts with deal team members across the Bank Provide guidance to Analyst level bankers Required Skills:
Masters/University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline Minimum 3 years related experience in Debt Capital Markets Thorough understanding of corporate finance products and deal execution processes Strong critical thinking with the ability to evaluate companies and financial information quickly and accurately Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong work ethics, detail orientation and a passion for excellence Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including mandarin) Ability to work independently and also a good team player Seniority level
