Prudential is seeking a Senior Manager, Health Analytics at the Group level, to help support the expansion of the Health business, partnering closely with Group and Local Business Unit functions. Role and Responsibilities Develop and implement a Group Health analytics strategy in partnership with Group Technology and other Group Health data analytics resources. Co-chair a Health Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE). Set Health-specific data and analytics standards, increase the ability and skill of Health analytics professionals across markets, and ensure alignment on enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives across markets. Work closely with LBUs and other Group Health team members on Health-specific data and analytics initiatives i.e. customer success, strategy, propositions, sales enablement, connected care, product development, Fraud Waste and Abuse, Provider Management, Underwriting and Claims. Develop and execute new Health-specific analytics use cases using new sources of data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology experts and data teams to develop and implement advanced machine learning and AI capabilities including the use of Large Language Models (LLM). Participate in business planning, business case preparation and budgeting processes related to data analytics projects. Qualifications University graduate in Decision Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, Statistics etc. 10+ years' experience in advanced data analytics in the financial services industry. Hands-on experience in data wrangling/ data preparation. Proficiency in visualization tools. Experience in working with cloud environments. Experience in the health insurance industry strongly preferred. Ability to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business units. Knowledge of cutting-edge data science models and tools. Innovative and creative, possesses a “can do” mindset.
