Partnering with IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing project activities according to strict deadlines and within project budget. This includes lining up internal resources, coordinating the efforts of users and third-party consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Analyst Programmer will also need to oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. A typical day in this Role: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs. Conduct business process analysis, identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to deliver effective technology solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Design, develop, test and deploy software solutions using various programming languages and technologies that meet the needs of the supermarket business. Involve in operation design, process streamlining, and internal control to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies, security and audit requirements. Integrate new and existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and systems, as well as resolve issues in a timely manner. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Engage in research and development and proof of concept activities on the latest technology to explore how it can be applied to the business. This job is a good fit for You if: You are an INQUIRER. Experience with retail systems and applications would be an advantage. Familiar with Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, show ability to analyse complex business requirements and develop effective technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Candidates with less experience would be considered as Programmer.
