Associate Director, Business Development
with a strong background in sales, a track record of selling technology solutions to large corporates, and comprehensive experience in managing the full sales cycle. Reporting to the
Head of Commercial, Platform , the role is a unique opportunity to drive the success of our digital Platform, which simplifies company formation, governance, reporting, and accounting for businesses. Key Responsibilities: Drive the growth and adoption of our digital corporate services platform among large corporates in the Asia Pacific region. Utilize a robust network and strategic outreach to introduce and sell our digital platform to new clients. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the platform’s unique features are effectively communicated. Collaborate with internal teams to align platform capabilities with evolving client needs. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the platform's market penetration and revenue goals. Provide market insights to inform continuous improvement of the platform and maintain a competitive edge. Represent Vistra in industry events and conferences, positioning our digital platform as a leader in corporate services technology. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Key Requirements: 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in digital platforms or SaaS products, targeting large corporates. Established network in the Greater China region, with a focus on corporate services or related industries. Proven track record of successful sales and business development in digital solutions. In-depth understanding of the digital landscape in corporate services, including trends and client needs. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across different cultural contexts. Willingness to travel within the region.
