We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to work for one of our clients from the banking industry. Project goal is to maintain and develop solutions focused on OR CRM. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform analysis and review of the requirements for the tested system/application. Define and own the automation test strategy and test automation framework, execute new and existing test scenarios (primary automated). Develop a set of metrics for automation testing for each release, and define and produce status reports for the management. Create and maintain automation scripts and enhance existing scripts. Be responsible for defect management: reporting bugs, retesting and tracking until resolution. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4 years of experience as an Automation Test Engineer. Bachelor's degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Experience in the Financial Domain, preferably Wealth Management business domain. Full understanding of Agile methodology/factory model, SDLC, QA, and Defect Lifecycle. Experience with Test Planning/Test Strategy/Test Case creation and execution including Traceability matrix. Experience with test data identification & creation/mining by querying/retrieving from backend databases/API calls. Test automation experience (UI/API) using various tools like Selenium, REST Assured, Cucumber, etc., for web applications. Strong experience in Java programming. Experience in developing Unit tests will be a value add. Proficient/working experience on various CI tools such as GitLab/Github. Skilled in utilizing cloud platforms Azure. Engage proactively with QA Manager regarding project statuses and risks. Working experience with globally distributed teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and collaboration across and within teams. Seniority level
