We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate must have 2-10 years of experience in managing a retail store and must be able to lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store
• Ensure the store meets sales targets and profitability goals
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
• Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory levels and control shrinkage
• Manage the visual merchandising and product displays

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-10 years of experience in managing a retail store
