Established in Hong Kong in 1994, China Investment Information Services Limited (CIIS) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), acting as the sole overseas agent of SSE market data. CIIS provides licensing and technical connection of mainland China major exchanges market data to overseas information vendors, and overseas exchanges market data to mainland China information vendors, through China Investment Information Platform (CIIP) since 2010. We have also built up a professional industry cloud platform to provide outstanding services to market participants and an additional channel for redistribution. We are expanding and currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our department. Job Responsibilities Supervise systems and identify, log, and report issues to seniors. Write instructions for the data centers and maintain configurations of all systems within them. Perform precautionary system maintenance to ensure that the center’s systems and network are functioning well. Develop and implement policies for efficient work processes. Guarantee maximum uptime to provide quality services. Conduct evaluations to address ineffective power and cooling systems. Deploy data and system security measures to mitigate risks of downtime. Coordinate with clients to offer support services for data and systems. Research trends in data centers. Maintain data, transactions, and reports from systems, support administrators and end users, maintain work registers, document processes, perform user administration tasks, manage disk space, perform backups and file restores, and monitor activity and access to ensure compliance with security policies. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant disciplines. Experience with virtualization and system monitoring systems. Minimum 1-year basic knowledge of network equipment, Linux Servers, and Windows Servers; CCNA certification is advantageous. Willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility. Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
