Responsibilities:
Identify business goals and operational priorities by analyzing impacts, collecting detailed needs, crafting tech-based solutions, and guiding teams through transitions.
Direct project initiatives by defining key stages, building collaborative teams, monitoring task progress, managing resources, addressing challenges, proposing strategies, and ensuring successful project completion.
Ensure solution reliability through testing, create user-friendly training resources and manuals, and lead informational sessions to ease the adoption of new systems.
Serve as a technology advisor to IT crews and business colleagues by staying informed on cutting-edge tools, evaluating industry standards, and attending skill-building seminars or workshops.
Enhance team performance by offering ongoing user assistance and education, aligning efforts with the company’s tech vision, and cultivating positive connections across departments and with external partners.
Manage supporting tasks such as purchasing, supplier coordination, contract oversight, and financial planning.
Provide real-time technical support to outside users accessing the organization’s online submission platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an analogous discipline.
5 years or above related experience in the financial industry.
Acute analytical aptitude and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in project governance with mastery of methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)
Knowledge of Python, Java, Power BI, or AI applications would be an advantage
Strong communication skills.
Excellent in English and Chinese.
