Job Summary
In this role you will report initially to the Global Account Procurement Director as Procurement Lead for a cluster of countries. You will be responsible for leading, planning and managing the execution of sourcing and procurement activities (strategic and tactical) for the client-account primarily focused on one of the 2 clusters. You will also be responsible for suppliers, ensuring performance is managed by countries and you will be the escalation point to resolve supplier issues where operations require support.

JANA – Japan, Australia/NZ and North Asia (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, China)
South-East Asia – Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management
Single Point of Contact of your dedicated cluster/region
Works with cluster Leadership and all relevant stakeholders to ensure success of procurement plans
Own, create, execute and maintain sourcing and category management strategy for the cluster
Create and develop strong working relationships with key internal and external partners and implement process improvement within the organization
Manage the Account’s expectations and relationship
Hold proactive regular business reviews with the Account leadership and all relevant stakeholders
Conduct regular procurement trainings/webinars (process and practices) to the Account Operations to ensure procurement activities are delivered to countries with language requirement/s
Gatekeeper for Savings delivering and reporting
Own the commercials for account CRs that require updated pricing from suppliers and lead client discussions on supplier pricing
Ensure any new supplier implementations create no noise and are completed on time.
Key Outcomes
Be considered as the Trusted Advisor for all Spend in your cluster
Manage multiple categories and services within categories to increase operational efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and innovations within the supply chain
Develop and implement short and long-term continuous improvement programs to further leverage Procurement solutions for enhanced commercial and strategic advantage to CBRE regional account operations.
Implement standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFP documentation, award evaluations, scope of services, etc.
Work with your counterparts and develop and manage relationships with regional suppliers/contractors and lead in contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
Re-evaluate and optimize existing procurement strategies and agreements, manage insurance or warranty claims, resolve contractual issues and unresolved supplier performance and relationship issues, and negotiate variations to contract scope.
Define and align with the account on their roles and responsibilities across the contract life-cycle.
Lead and continue to develop the Vendor Management Champion network within your cluster
Define and set objectives, performance targets, SLAs & KPIs and strategy for contract implementation with key suppliers.
Finalize contract terms and conditions and associated schedules and obtain authorized signatures from both parties.
Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for your cluster covering the last 3 years of the contract, including category management strategies and identify commercial agreement plan to minimize total cost of ownership and maximize value.
Key Skills
Ability to create and execute multiple RFPs at the same time and at different stages
Experience in contracting preferably within CBRE
Capability to define and implement category strategies that deliver to the clients Property KPIs
Strong Stakeholder and Collaboration management skills
Negotiation and persuasive skills to deliver glidepath savings
Ability to build partnerships with clients, internal stakeholders and suppliers
Ability to think out of the box and work in an indirect influencing role
Ability to find the win/win scenario for all parties
Execution focus with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and customer service
Understanding of 3rd party Compliance and Risk and ability to define mitigating strategies
Data analytics to tell a story with diagrams, charts and presentations
Knowledge and experience with Zycus, iRisk and MySupplier
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job requirement successfully
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a 4-year college program in relevant discipline
More than 5 years’ experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management working at a Regional Level in FM categories
Certification
MBA / CIPS / CPP / Diploma in Supply Chain Management is nice to have
Communications Skills Requirement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Fluent in English. Able to read, speak & write to external and internal stakeholders
One Asia language preferred
Financial Acumen
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills are preferred especially for Change Requests
Tools of the Trade
Experience in working with Financial Institutions is a nice to have
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite Products especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Experience in working with and managing e-procurement and contracts management platforms.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge in Project Management is required
Others
Agile, Culturally Fit, Good interpersonal Skills, Passionate, Able to work independently with Minimal supervision is a must.
