Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner. Responsible for life insurance product inquiries. Arrange follow-up calls with customers. Handle customers' complaints and inquiries. Record call information in the company system. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:45. Requirements: IIQE 1, 3, 5 licenses are required. HKCEE/HKDSE or above qualification, with 5 subjects including Chinese, English, and Mathematics, attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above. Professional customer service techniques. Native in Cantonese, good spoken and written English, and Mandarin. PC and Chinese word processing skills. Great interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. Candidates with good customer service experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position.
