Your Role: As a Commis Chef, you will: Prepare mise-en-place with precision and efficiency before each service. Assist the Chef de Partie in cooking and plating dishes during service hours. What You’ll Need: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the culinary field. Previous success in a similar position is preferred. Technical Skills: Basic knife skills and a solid understanding of recipes and SOPs. Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in food preparation. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards. Proficiency in English, both written and oral. Personal/Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
