We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager or Technical Program Manager with a strong understanding of the science of trading, specifically in spot, derivatives, and options. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of relevant experience, preferably from a crypto exchange. This role requires exceptional people skills and stakeholder management abilities to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with traders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Utilise Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Oversee large-scale projects, focusing on architecture and infrastructure improvements. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and key milestones. Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a trading or financial services environment. Strong understanding of trading concepts, including spot, derivatives, and options; experience in crypto trading is a plus. Proven experience with Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with large-scale project management, architecture, and infrastructure. Proficient in using Jira and Confluence for project management. Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP are strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a crypto exchange or blockchain-related environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
