Swire Coca-Cola is looking for an experienced HR candidate to take up the Learning & Development Manager role in our People Department. As the Learning and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by leading the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy. You will oversee the Learning & Development Module in Success Factors, manage the development and delivery of training programmes, and implement a competency-based learning academy. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance measurement, collaborating on impactful training programmes, managing high-profile learning projects, and working with regional teams to share and implement best practices. A key responsibility will be the integration of the competency model into the learning and development system. This role reports to Talent and Engagement Director. Key Responsibilities: Global Learning Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with organisational goals and enhances employee capabilities across all regions. Learning & Development Module Management: Oversee the design and implementation of the Learning & Development Module in Success Factors, ensuring it meets talent learning needs and integrates seamlessly with existing systems. Competency-Based Learning Management System: Design and implement a competency-based learning academy to build up the capabilities of the talent. Competency Model Implementation: Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to launch and educate the competency model. Training Programme Oversight: Manage the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes tailored to diverse learning styles and business needs, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning formats. Needs Analysis: Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and learning opportunities within various departments. Content Development and Curation: Collaborate with regional leaders and subject matter experts to create and curate engaging training materials. Mentorship and Coaching Initiatives: Design and implement mentorship and coaching programmes to support employee development and facilitate career progression across different regions. Performance Measurement: Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, ensuring they contribute positively to employee performance and business outcomes. Learning Technology Integration: Utilise learning management systems and emerging technologies to enhance the accessibility and delivery of training programmes globally. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR and leadership teams across regions to promote learning initiatives and ensure alignment with the company’s talent strategy. Project Management: Oversee learning and development projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay abreast of global industry trends and best practices in learning and development, making recommendations for programme enhancements and innovative approaches. The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in learning and development or related HR functions. Strong understanding of HR best practices and learning management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
