YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing strategies, and technical requirements. Build and integrate workflows, templates, and data models to support marketing automation. Work with client teams to integrate Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with customer data platforms, CRMs, and other external systems. Provide ongoing recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops to client marketing teams, helping them utilize Adobe tools effectively. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot campaign execution issues. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to report on project progress and challenges. Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 1+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in a consulting or client-facing role. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for campaign development and API integrations. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice To Haves: Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Campaign or Adobe Journey Optimizer. Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, AEM, etc.). Understanding of CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party data integrations.
