Due to our rapid growth in Asia, we are looking for an ambitious regional marketer to help us expand our impact to more students.

Working closely with the CGA Asia and Global marketing teams, this role will focus on increasing brand awareness and educating prospective families in Asia on the value of online schooling through CGA.

This is a full-time remote position, based in Hong Kong or Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management (50%)

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, paid ads) to generate leads by copywriting (in English) and coordinating with designers and videographers for content creation.

• Work with our in-house performance marketing team to monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead) and optimize campaigns.

• Organize and promote webinars, open days, and info sessions by collaborating with academic staff and student/family ambassadors for event content.

Content Creation & Localization (35%)

• Develop and localize marketing materials for different regions (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan).

• Manage blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.

• Manage CGA’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).

• Engage with students, parents, and educational influencers.

• Plan social media posts, stories, and reels to promote student success stories and events.

Lead Generation & Partnerships (15%)

• Track and analyze student inquiries and enrollments.

• Work with the sales team to nurture leads via email, webinars, and personalized content.

• Identify and engage with potential partners (education consultants, schools, influencers).

• Develop affiliate programs, referral incentives, or propose collaborations (competitions, mutual acquisition events, etc.) to increase awareness and enrollments.

• Stay updated on education trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences.

• Conduct surveys and analyze student feedback to refine messaging.

What skills and experience are required?

  • 3+ years of marketing and/or industry experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space.

  • Strong English and Mandarin reading, writing and speaking skills with an acute sense for visual branding and design.

  • Experience in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or iMovie.

  • Knowledge of project management, marketing automation platforms and social media marketing tools a plus.

  • Adaptability and growth mindset to arising opportunities and new initiatives

  • Comfort working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world
