Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok Nos. 82-100 Tak Cheong Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok is managed by Hilton, and the hotel opened in December 2016. The hotel is conveniently located in the Mongkok district, within only 7 minutes walking distance from the Mongkok MTR Station and the popular Langham Place. In addition to its 258 tastefully decorated hotel rooms, the hotel also offers a full range of dining facilities to cater for guests’ dining and entertainment needs. Responsibilities
Be an ambassador of HGI Brighthearted Services to deliver full set front desk service to hotel guests. Ensure room guests have prompt and courteous check-in and check-out services. Actively promote hotel services and facilities to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue. Handle and record guests’ luggage in a safe and secure manner. Provide quality services and handle guests’ inquiries. Promote Hilton Honors Membership Program to guests. Requirements
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism or relevant disciplines. Detail-minded, service-oriented with good communication skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; able to speak Putonghua. Knowledge of hotel property management systems would be a plus. Fresh graduates who are excited to develop in the hospitality industry will also be considered. Schedule
