Conduct analysis and provide key findings and recommendations relating to business development, organization development, resources allocation Participate in Company’s short/medium and long-term strategic planning with cross-functional teams and external consultants Establish overseas branches / subsidiaries from end to end, and conduct regular reviews to assess the business performance of the newly setup entity Perform market research focusing on telecommunication industry and market trend Prepare reports and presentation materials on Company’s strategic planning for Management review on regular basis Monitor and coordinate with headquarters department and overseas subsidiaries on the implementation outcome of strategic cooperation agreement Requirements: Degree in telecommunications, business management and or related disciplines Minimum 8 years of research and strategic planning experience, preferably in telecommunications, Internet or ICT industry Experience in international background is preferred Strong in communication, collaboration and interaction Forward thinking, fast learning and able to lead a team Work under pressure Proficiency in Powerpoint, MS and Chinese Word Processing Excellent in both written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin Willing to travel Interested parties please apply in full resume with current and expected salary by e-mail to hr @ cmi.chinamobile.com.
