Manager Crew Resources Responsible for:
Flight Crew Services Delivery Coordinator, Flight Crew Services Delivery Officer On matters concerning: Crew Admin matters and Crew Control System functions (CXICM) Licensing matters (HKCAD) Crew lounge and DHL permits (DHL) Catering support on board (Aircraft Caters) Role and Responsibilities: Conduct and supervise all crew administrative matters, including but not limited to aircrew recruitment, initial/renewal licensing matters, and aircrew visa requirements. Respond to and resolve issues, changes, and enquiries from authority, including visa requirements, custom declaration at outports, and any administrative regulations, escalating as appropriate to Manager Crew Resources. Engage positively with the crew regarding administrative support, inquiries, and complaints, in accordance with AHK policy. Manage and ensure the provision of cost-effective logistic support for aircrew in crew positioning and hotel accommodation. Ensure the team prepares the aircrew monthly payment report and reimbursement claim with accurate data in a timely and efficient manner. Supervise the team to conduct regular audits to ensure a proper and up-to-date filing system for FOP Aircrew is maintained. Conduct regular audits to ensure the data and reports in the Crew Control System are accurate. Liaise and coordinate as necessary with 3rd party vendors (e.g., Catering Company, Ground Handling Agent, Hotel) on FOP matters. Assist the Manager Crew Resources in conducting regular audits with 3rd party vendors, to ensure the quality of service is in accordance with AHK standards. Assist in implementing and maintaining AHK administration policies, procedures, and initiatives. Provide support for budget planning and ad-hoc projects. Produce statistical data and reports as required by the Manager Crew Resources. Any other duties as specified by the Manager Crew Resources. Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary education in any discipline or above. 7 years of working experience with 3 years in a supervisory level in the airline industry or other relevant experience. Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese, with a good command of Mandarin being desirable. High standard of computer literacy. Proactive, independent, initiative, and efficient. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Other Requirements: Hong Kong permanent resident status.
