We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an Operations Expert (Institutional). In this role, you will: Strategy Planning and Execution: Formulate and optimize institutional client operation strategies to ensure that the strategies are consistent with the overall platform strategy. Monitor market trends and competitor dynamics, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner to maintain competitive advantages. Promote the implementation of institutional client operation projects to ensure the achievement of project goals and results. Institutional Client Management: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with institutional clients, provide customized solutions and high-quality services. In-depth understanding of institutional client needs and pain points, provide solutions and promote improvements to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop new institutional clients and increase the number of institutional clients and transaction volume. Event Planning and Brand Building: Plan and organize offline events and large-scale summits for institutional clients to enhance the brand influence and visibility of the platform in the institutional market. Design and implement exclusive marketing activities for institutional clients to increase the participation and activity of institutional clients. Product Optimization and Innovation: Work closely with the product team to propose product optimization suggestions and innovative solutions for institutional clients. Track product implementation to ensure that product functions meet the needs of institutional clients and improve the user experience and satisfaction of institutional clients. You might thrive in this role if you have: Proficient in Chinese and English, able to communicate fluently in written and oral communication.5+ years of working experience of institutional client operations or related work experience, familiar with digital currency trading processes is preferred.
