A leading global financial institution is seeking a motivated and talented Client Service Associate (South Asian Languages Speaker) to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service and support to our clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions. Type/ Location : Full time - Onsite/ Hong Kong Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry. Fluent in both Thai and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and provide tailored solutions. Proficient in the use of financial software, data analysis tools, and client relationship management systems. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Eagerness to continuously learn and develop professional skills. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner. Monitor client accounts and portfolios, identifying opportunities and addressing any issues or concerns. Prepare and deliver customized reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials. Coordinate with relationship managers, product specialists, and other internal teams to ensure seamless client service. Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, requests, and transactions. Assist with onboarding new clients, including gathering required documentation and information. Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide valuable insights to clients. Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures. Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
