Title: IT Administration Support (Part Time)
Location: Southmark, HK, HK Global Business Unit: OTH Job Function: Information Technology Requisition Number: 173556 Description: General Responsibilities
Perform inventory control of IT assets, record keeping and documentation. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers and company personnel on IT and related procurement. Administer and handle the whole IT procurement lifecycle, including fixed asset management, price negotiation, contract/agreement, vendor management and payments. Review and keep updated the contract database to ensure that all contracts have been renewed before expiration. Perform any other IT administration work assigned by the supervisor. This role is a part-time opportunity working up to 4 days a week (flexible). Functional Skills and Knowledge
A recognized higher diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline. Minimum 1 year working experience related to IT administration and support. Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and self-motivated, independent. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
