In this role, you will: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with our offerings. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy, including attendee acquisition, sponsorship packages, and promotional activities. Take full ownership of projects and initiatives, from inception to execution, ensuring successful outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, legal, and finance to achieve collective goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the web3, AI and fintech space. You might thrive in this role if you have: At least 5 years of proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles. Candidates in Investment Banking and Venture Capital will be considered too. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Highly proficient in English. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability.
