Retail Director
to join the team. The Job: Develop measurable objectives and action plans to motivate and lead store teams with clear directions based on the company’s goals. Recruit, train, and retain senior management staff. Set up standards of performance leading store staff to achieve company’s targets and their personal career growth. Identify issues and weaknesses in each store and establish corresponding corrective plans. Maintain and develop measures to drive KPI performance. Establish and implement SOP in consistent with the annual budget and company’s objectives. Analyse and assess store productivity and performance with measurement and reporting. Communicate and work with Human Resources, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations, and the Head Office to ensure that everything is aligned with the shared goal. The Candidate: Tertiary qualified with at least 10 years of fashion retail operational experience from a leading brand. Strong interpersonal skills. Proven track record, strategic and results-driven with strong leadership abilities to motivate the team. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
