Senior Operations Director This leading apparel company with global retail and production operations is now actively seeking a Senior Operations Director to join their growing team. The Senior Operations Director will lead multiple business lines driving the original design manufacturing business to improve sales performance and establish new opportunities to grow the business across the region. Key Responsibilities : Strategic involvement working closely with the leadership team to implement effective growth strategies. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales as well as marketing initiatives aimed at raising the top line sales. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for key customers; project expected sales volume and profit from existing and new customers. Expand sales opportunities by strategically developing relationships and growing existing accounts, ensuring lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Enhance and nurture the team to build a strong sales culture and effective work processes across all business units whilst ensuring consistency and best practices are met. Present new ideas and solutions to the cross-functional teams on how to better work and partner with the original design manufacturing business team to increase visibility, accountability, and results. Evaluate market trends and develop best practices to improve operational efficiency, monitor and analyze changes in sales patterns, and recommend pricing adjustments and/or merchandising accordingly. Requirements : Degree educated in business, economics, or management disciplines. Possess over 18+ years of operations experience for fashion, apparel, or retail brands and at least 10+ years in a leadership role. Solid exposure to sourcing/manufacturing within the apparel sector is highly desirable. Proven track record of growing and sustaining sales growth for business. Strong leadership qualities and a proven record of effectively hiring, managing, and nurturing teams from different cultures. Excellent communication skills in English.
