HK-listed photography and imaging solutions provider Job Description • Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, system, hardware, software and application systems; • Provide helpdesk support and solutions to users; • Perform IT equipment administration; • Perform user account management and system administration; • Support infrastructure-related projects; • Monitor and report on the progress of all support calls as well as maintain inventory update; • Work with internal and external parties to resolve technical issues; • Respond for ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements • Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines; • 2 years of working experience in system / network / computer support on Windows and Windows Servers; • Proficiency in MS Server and VM Virtualization Platforms; • Experienced in Firewalls / IPS / IDS / Proxy / Monitoring tools; • Experience in Storage System (NAS, SAN), Web Server (IIS, Nginx), Database (MS SQL) will be an advantage; • Prefer open minded and responsible person, able to work independently; • Good communication and well-organized; • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing; • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
