Job Summary: The Event and Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives and events while heavily managing licensing, intellectual property (IP), and manufacturer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to maximize brand impact. Work Location: HK Island Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution, ensuring compliance with licensing and IP regulations. Manage budgets and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee licensing agreements and ensure compliance with IP regulations related to marketing materials and events. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to protect the company’s IP rights and manage risks associated with licensing. Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers to align on marketing initiatives and ensure proper branding and representation. Coordinate with manufacturers to develop promotional materials and campaigns that comply with licensing agreements. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that promote events and enhance brand awareness. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Track and analyze event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Provide post-event reports and recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and marketing, preferably within a listed company or corporate environment. Strong understanding of licensing and IP management, with experience in working with manufacturers. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including social media platforms and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
