Part-time Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities: Handle check in and check out procedures; Input data into the hotel reservation system; Greet and welcome guests; and answer their enquiries in a professional manner at all times. Requirements: Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline; Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin; Excellent telephone manners and good customer service skills; Hands-on experience in Word and Excel; Pleasant, confident and patient.
