Degree level education preferred but not essential Minimum 5 Years experience at Manager level in F&B Proven track record of leading successful teams Sound business/financial acumen Proficient with modern business software (e.g. M365, Xero, etc) Experience working with drinks brands Expert level Wine & Spirit knowledge (preferably WSET Level 2 and above) Knowledge of the Singapore F&B industry Employment Terms
Salary SGD7,500 per month 15 Days paid annual leave, rising to 20 days in year two Unlimited unpaid leave, assuming duties are all covered 40 hours per week, specific days/hours to be decided by the candidate Seniority Level
