Responsibilities: Provide daily application and operations support to internal and external users in regions. Work closely with vendor and users to understand requirements and coordinate IT Business Analysts. Conduct first level system analysis and provide effective solutions. Develop and execute testing for system modifications. Develop various reports for management or operation by software reporting tool. Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements: Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline. 1 year or above relevant working experience in project management, application support and user training. Proficiency in SQL with joins and debugging at the SQL level. Good knowledge of ERP system and business process. Good knowledge in Logistics applications will be an advantage. Good knowledge of Project management tools and Office applications, such as MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office. Good documentation and presentation skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good team player with analytical and problem-solving skills. Independent with attention to detail. Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Willing to travel.
