Commercial Manager

Quantity Surveyor / Project Commercial Manager ) with
10-15+ years of experience in the construction/EPC industry . The role focuses on
tendering, budget control, subcontract management, and cost optimization . Key Responsibilities: Manage
project budgets , cost control, and variation orders Oversee
subletting & subcontract management
to prevent cost overruns Negotiate contracts for more effective commercial outcomes Work on-site
one day per week
in Hong Kong (with flexibility) Key Requirements: Experience:
10-15+ years in
Construction/EPC
firms in Hong Kong Roles Considered:
