Job Description
Provide technical support and handle email and phone enquiries. Perform troubleshooting and health checks on network equipment and network management systems. Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. 1+ year working experience in networking support is preferred; knowledge in PC LAN Support is preferable. Strong self-motivation and good communication skills, with the ability to work independently. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
