China Investment Information Services Ltd. Established in Hong Kong in 1994, China Investment Information Services Limited (CIIS) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), acting as the sole overseas agent of SSE market data. CIIS provides licensing and technical connection of mainland China major exchanges market data to overseas information vendors, and overseas exchanges market data to mainland China information vendors, through China Investment Information Platform (CIIP) since 2010. We have also built up a professional industry cloud platform to provide outstanding services to market participants and additional channels for redistribution. We are expanding and currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department. Job Responsibilities Maintain and develop relationships for existing and potential customers of market data licensing, i-Data, historical data and cloud platform products. Expand business with planning and strategies. Conduct research to collect feedback from clients, understand customer needs, perform in-depth client analysis, identify market trends, and seize business opportunities. Work with client coverage and technical teams to solve client inquiries and provide proper solutions for client use cases. Constantly review and optimize fee schedule, market data policy, and product enhancement to fulfill clients’ needs. Integrate company, headquarter and third-party resources with clients' needs to provide strategic planning and roadmap for new products. Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective product and partnership implementation. Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or any relevant discipline. Basic knowledge of market data with at least 1 year experience in the market data industry or financial industry. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives and possess good interpersonal skills. Understanding of cloud platform and/or AI technology is a plus. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with strong written skills in both Chinese and English.
