Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage pre and post contract management.
• To set up cost management process and ensure implementation among team
• To attend key Client’s team meeting and provide strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement
• To set up and implement a value engineering culture and spot opportunities for cost savings when possible
• To provide commercial reports to Client and steering committee
• To set up and implement change management
• To ensure that deliverable are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved
• To gain a deep understanding of Client’s stakeholders and anticipate their needs
• Challenge internal processes and add value to strategic procurement options

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent 
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction consultancy projects
• Candidates with previous experience in public sector contracts is an advantage  
• Excellent communication skill 
• Proficient in English languages both written and verbal 
• Proficient in MS Office applications 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
