The Opportunity: First Page is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Digital Account Manager who loves finding solutions and leading projects for their customers! This is a role that requires experience, energy, creativity, a bit of swag, and most importantly - you must love working with clients. Job Description: Maintain a positive and consultative relationship with clients. Collaborate with execution teams to ensure client deliverables are met. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to educate clients about our digital marketing efforts and provide recommendations for enhancing their digital marketing ecosystem. Stay informed about new digital marketing developments weekly and leverage external online resources. Foster a collaborative culture within the agency. What We Need: 1-2 years of relevant, hands-on Account Management experience. Familiarity with channels such as SEO, Google’s Product Portfolio (Google Search Ads, GDN, Shopping Ads, etc.), Facebook, LinkedIn, and content strategies. While we can provide training for unfamiliar channels, a foundational understanding is a significant advantage. Proven track record of maintaining a client portfolio and managing complex projects. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English AND Cantonese. Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Adobe Analytics is advantageous. Experience managing both enterprise and smaller clients under strict timelines. Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong attention to detail. Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and effectively, with a focus on educating clients. Prior experience in a media agency is preferred.
