Hong Kong SAR Responsibilities: Provide all-rounded administrative support to General Manager – Corporate Administration & CSR. Perform full range of office administration duties including policies and procedures review, office supplies procurement, maintenance of office facilities, document storage, security, and safety. Prepare memorandum, minutes, reports, and presentation materials. Assist the execution of Staff Engagement Activities with Year Planner. Assist and coordinate internal and external corporate & community events and activities. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned, collaborating closely with internal and external parties to monitor sustainability-related projects, initiatives, and recognitions to achieve the Group’s ESG targets. Requirements: Degree holder preferably in Business Administration or any business-related discipline. At least 4 years’ solid experience in office administration in a sizable organization. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Detail-minded, mature, independent, initiative, and well organized. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is mandatory.
