Main Responsibilities: The APAC Real Assets Portfolio and Asset Optimization department is looking for a trainee with an analytical/quantitative profile, to support the Head of the department on all tasks related to asset optimization, as well as to act as the data/reporting specialist for the team. Support and work hand in hand with the Head of Real Assets Portfolio and Asset Optimization, Asia Pacific in the following areas: Asset Optimization (70% of time): work on various initiatives aiming at optimizing the profitability and resource consumption of the APAC Portfolio. Solutions (50%): Be part of the major strategic initiative of the bank consisting in increasing dramatically the rotation of our balance sheet, in particular through the sale of portfolio of deals to various investors. Data extraction and organization: extraction from internal databases of deal-related information, meeting respective investors criteria, and organization of this data. Preparation of presentation slides in order to support dialogue with investors. Secondary Sales (15%): be the contact point for all simulations of profitability metrics related to our secondary sales activity. Contribute to regular updates to management on the above topics (5%). Business Review (10% of time): On a quarterly basis, the department must provide management with forecast on the evolution of the portfolio (expected revenues, liquidity and RWA consumption, etc). The successful candidate will be the coordinator point within the team for this topic. Agenda (5% of time): consolidate the weekly pipeline of deals to be presented to the various credit committees within the bank, and communicate it to top management. Various (15%): Various reporting/data collection-analysis tasks, as the need emerges.
