Senior System Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and enhancement of applications focused on digital transformation and automation. Drive digitalization efforts for the head office platform, ensuring the successful deployment of innovative digital solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications, addressing issues as they arise. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Requirements: A degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 8 years of hands-on experience in application or software development projects; prior experience in the banking industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS SQL, C#, React.js, jQuery, CSS, and web services. Familiarity with UiPath RPA is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
