Our client is a leading proprietary trading firm, operating at the intersection of quantitative research, cutting-edge technology, and high-performance trading. We are looking for an experienced C# Front Office Developer to join their trading technology team. You will be embedded with traders and quantitative analysts, building and maintaining the software that powers their automated trading strategies and market-facing systems. This role focuses on real-time data processing, low-latency execution logic, and resilient system design. Your work will directly influence trading performance and risk management outcomes across global markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust, low-latency trading applications and strategy frameworks using modern C#. Collaborate directly with trading desks and quantitative researchers to translate analytical models into production-grade execution logic. Engineer scalable, high-throughput systems capable of handling large, real-time market data feeds and order flows. Optimize application performance with a focus on latency, memory efficiency, throughput, and system stability. Participate in the entire software lifecycle: technical design, iterative development, production deployment, and ongoing support. Drive improvements in system architecture, development tooling, and engineering best practices to support evolving trading needs. Required Qualifications8+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying C# applications in performance-sensitive environments. Proficient in C# programming, C++ and Python are good to have Familiar with OMS/EMS/RFQ/FIX protocol is a must Deep proficiency in object-oriented programming, concurrency / multithreading, performance profiling, and inter-process communication Proven track record of delivering real-time, distributed, or high-throughput systems with strict reliability and scalability demands Demonstrated ability to own complex software projects and deliver business-impacting solutions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field If you would like to find out more, please submit your CV (English), or call us on +852 36199860.#J-18808-Ljbffr
