Support Legal Counsel Assist in reviewing and advising on commercial contracts Handle general commercial matters and other projects and assignments from time to time delegated by the Legal Counsel Assist in answering enquiries on legal issues from different functions and units of the Company Conduct legal research and manage the master filing of the Legal Department Handle company secretarial matters if needed Job Requirements
Bachelor of Laws or equivalent qualification At least 2 years of in-house experience gained or legal experience from a reputable law firm or legal sector Knowledge and experience in handling company secretarial matters are advantages Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in PC applications (Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing) Self-motivated, detail-oriented, diligent, and a good team player
