This role involves developing and optimizing recycling methods for a wide range of battery types, ensuring high recovery rates and minimal environmental impact. Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative recycling processes for lithium-ion, lead-acid, nickel-cadmium, and other battery types. Conduct research and experiments to improve recycling efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recycling processes into our proprietary technology. Analyze and interpret data to optimize recycling outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to battery recycling. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress. Qualifications: PhD or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Environmental Science, Physics, or a related field. Proven experience in battery recycling or related fields.
