IT Director - Enterprise Solution & Application (Large Organization, 2m annual base + Bonus)
My client, one of the largest and most prominent organizations in Hong Kong, is looking for an IT Director to manage all enterprise applications within the organization. The successful candidate should have extensive experience managing a sizable IT team with a proven track record in project delivery and program management. Job Requirement Engage with Business and IT peers
to translate business plans into a prioritized roadmap and ensure successful execution. Develop high-quality, secure enterprise systems
that align with business strategies and manage software providers and implementation partners. Provide seamless interfaces for business users
and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Improve productivity in Application Development
through continuous integration and delivery, fostering teamwork across the IT Division. Ensure zero major system outages
during prime business hours by coordinating with IT Operations and Infrastructure teams. Maintain standards for enterprise architecture
and development lifecycle activities in cooperation with IT Business Management. Stay aware of market trends and technology innovations
and collaborate with Systems Assurance and Information Security teams to ensure compliance and streamline processes. Foster a diverse and inclusive culture
to attract and retain talent, support cross-team efforts, and inspire innovative solutions for business success. Job Requirements Education & Experience : Tertiary education with at least 15 years in IT, including 10 years in management. Business Acumen : Strong analytical and decision-making skills with experience in enterprise-grade application development. Management Experience : Proven management in IT enterprise applications, including vendor management and solution customization. Outsourcing Management : Experience in managing application outsourcing for service delivery and cost efficiency. Team Leadership : Skills to build and lead a significant team of IT professionals across various disciplines. Technical Knowledge : Broad knowledge of the application development lifecycle and experience in user requirements, vendor solutions, and project management. Service Management : Sound knowledge of service management principles, including SLAs, incident, and problem management. Program Leadership : Strong leadership for strategic and operational IT initiatives and business-focused technology solutions. Stakeholder Management : Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships within and outside the division. Communication & Planning : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business planning capabilities, and strong change management skills. Seniority level
