Job Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT Operations and Support team. Define roles, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem processes to minimize business impact. Drive end-user support services, including troubleshooting, escalation management, and SLA adherence. Maintain inventory records of computer hardware. Perform user account and access administration. Requirements: Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines; higher qualifications are preferred. Minimum of 5 years of IT operations experience within financial services (preferably in securities or banking). Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-availability systems in a regulated environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office, and Windows applications. Independent, hardworking, mature, and able to work under pressure. Self-motivated with quick response times, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
