The Work Project (TWP) is looking for a Community Associate who will be part of a team responsible for managing the daily operations of the operations team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of members satisfaction. This full-time position is based in Hong Kong and reports directly to Community Team Lead. Key Responsibilities: Be the first and last point of contact for any members and visitors as the ambassador of The Work Project. Oversee the management of the front desk, including move-in/move-out processes. Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service and meets members' needs and requests. Monitor members' feedback and implement improvements to ensure high members' satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and member experiences. Assist in the sale of additional member services. Assist in events such as set-up, breakdown, and F&B catering. Self-motivated, able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and duties. Basic experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. A team player.
